My husband Michael and I had a first-rate experience working with Meyer Real Estate Group. As first-time home buyers, Lindsey was incredibly patient and helpful with us. She was with us every single step of the process...lining up homes to show, answering calls/texts/emails, staying on top with the sellers agent, keeping us posted on updates and letting us know what was going on. Shes friendly, personable, totally honest. Attributes you WANT in a realtor who is helping to find your forever home. She really stuck by us and what we wanted in a home. Everyone has heard stories of realtor nightmares BUT this was not the case. There wasnt really ever a point where we were worried. Lindseys work ethic and integrity are top-notch. Right up to her due date for her baby! When she was not available, her team Mike Myers and Zach Stomel, were fantastic to work with too! Mike was a delight to work with. He was very honest about the pros and cons of a home with us in mind. Zach was very pleasant and answered all our concerns and questions. These two gentlemen were so accommodating working with us. Most especially so far into our search and not having been there from the start as Lindsey was. This further demonstrates the capabilities and teamwork of the Meyer Real Estate Group of the utmost degree. We saw over 20+ homes before putting an offer on our now house. It was right before an open house that we ended up 1 of 4 offers. I personally believe that under Lindseys guidance that the sellers chose our offer. We are now a month into living in our new home. We are so immensely grateful for this positive experience for our first home. If youre looking for a home, I highly recommend Lindsey Binks and the Meyer Real Estate Group. Youll be in great hands!

We recently were put in contact with Lindsey as we were looking to move out of Philadelphia to the suburbs for our first home purchase. It is an intimidating purchase to make, and I am so glad we were working with Lindsey. She was very informative, and accommodating with respect to timing. Within minutes of our reaching out, she organized a time to go through the process with us, which was so helpful as wed no idea what to expect. She is very knowledgeable about the area she serves, and helped us narrow down towns based on her knowledge of traffic flow/ communities/ etc. She is really efficient and while my husband and I felt we were a little manic going through hundreds of homes online and reaching out to Lindsey, she never made us feel as though we were overwhelming her. So impressed by and came to rely on her always prompt replies-- we truly felt like we were her only clients (despite knowing that we were definitely not!). She even pulled homes that wed not seen that she felt may be our style (she was right), which I thought was so impressive and shows how much she listens to her clients. We never felt the pressure to make an offer on homes that didnt feel right in person, and we did see a good number. She was so professional, easy to work with, and knows so much about homes. I feel like even though weve moved into our new home, we may STILL be reaching out-- she is such a great resource. Would definitely recommend!
