Moving from a small state like New Hampshire, I did not realize that the larger size of Maine might be a challenge for some realtors. I was very happy that Davian Akers took on the multi county challenge I brought to him ! From the beginning Davian showed genuine interest in finding me and my adult son our forever home. My son and I had different priorities and Davian balanced each of our requirements within our tight budget. Working at a distance was not easy, yet Davian set up an on-line property search and we were able to look at all the possibilities and choose which properties, in their specific locations, we would meet up at. If there were any questions and/or concerns Davian was quick to ask and respond. He was, also very respectful of our travel time between New Hampshire and Maine and did his best to schedule as many showings in one day as we had time and energy for. I would highly recommend Davian Akers !!!
