Jerry and Rachel Hsieh did a phenomenal job with listing, marketing and selling our home. We were very impressed with the quality of their marketing materials including various flyers, stylish take-away sheets, door-hangers etc, as well as the extent of their marketing across all the real estate websites, and broker catalogues. The photography of our home was fantastic, and it was so beautifully displayed and described on it's own custom website, that we fell in love with it all over again and for a split-second it made us think twice about whether we really wanted to sell! But sell, we did - entering escrow within 10 days of listing! We were happy with the outcome of our sale, and the smoothness and ease of the whole transaction. Jerry and Rachel were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the process, and went to great lengths to address even our slightest concerns, and explain anything we did not fully understand. They respected our opinions and wishes, which we really appreciated, and the key thing is that they made us feel like we were their only client. We interviewed several agents before selecting the Hsiehs, and feel that we made absolutely the right choice! P.S. we heard from our buyer that they were also happy with their interactions with our agent (the Hsiehs). That made us happy too, and just confirmed what we learned about the Hsieh's integrity and character.

I can't say enough positive things about Oliver Klein. The lengths in which he took to help our family were unexpected, and factually made our experience and outcome the best it could be. I'll never forget when we were talking about things to do to help sell our house, I had mentioned I always thought some small trees and plants outside the main bedroom window would really help make the room. He knew I didn't have the time or the truck to make that happen. Our REAL ESTATE agent, took it upon himself to go rent a UHaul and got exactly what was needed to help put that room over the top. He dragged the plants by himself and set it up for us. Point being, he listens, he watches, he cares. And he knows what to do on BOTH the buying side and the selling. Call this guy. I promise you, you will not regret it.
