I was going through a divorce I needed to sell my house and asked Amy if she would be interested in being the selling agent. From the start Amy was very accommodating, always there to answer my question and to give advice. Unfortunately I was not speaking to my soon to be ex wife which made the negotiation difficult. Amy had to be the go between for the two of us which allowed the sale to go as smoothly as possible under the circumstances. There were also minor issues with the house that the prospective buyers had raised and Amy was able to address their concerns. About a year later I was looking to buy a house and again contacted Amy to be my agent because of the outstanding service I received when I was selling a house. I told Amy where I wanted to live and the price range that I wanted to be in. Amy was able locate properties that fit my needs and instrumental in finding my current home. Unfortunately Amy had to deal with a difficult owner and agent regarding issues that I had with the property. All my concerns were address because of Amys persistence. The negotiation for the sale took (4) months, not because of Amy but because the owner refused to recognize that his asking price was not realistic in the current owner. Amy provided the home owner/agent with documentation regarding the sale of comparable house in the area Amy was able to negotiate a price for the house that I was able to afford. I honestly dont think that I would be living in this house if it werent for Amy Dixon. The bottom line, if your looking for an agent who is more concerned with her clients best interest then she is on her commission then you should have Amy Dixon as your agent.
