I cannot begin to explain how appreciative we are for Amy. Like many other buyers, we decided to buy in one of the hottest markets in hopes to find the most fitting home within our budget. Amy was highly recommended to us by a close friend and colleague who Amy helped sell a home for her a few years back. From our very first conversation, we knew we were in good hands. Though we've been through this process before, we admittedly had no idea how competitive and hot the market was. The notion that we would find a place and close quickly was a little naive and worrisome so finding Amy was a relief. When we initially spoke, we gave her a run down of what we were looking for, the preferable areas we wanted to live, our price point and general questions and concerns we had about financing, taxes, neighborhood areas, crime, etc.. we came with a ton of things and laid it on her. Before even receiving a home listing, Amy answered every question we had, cleared up any confusion we had on things we heard about prices, homes, bank rates, neighborhoods, types of houses in the area.. etc. She was extremely patient and HONEST with us on what we can and should expect, our competition, and whether it was a good time for us to buy or keep renting. We were being pointed in so many directions by friends/family/the media it wasn't until we sat down with Amy and laid it all out, that we felt comfortable in moving forward in our search.The moment we took that leap to enter into the market, she provided us with a healthy amount of listings that fitted our criteria. She even gave a side listing of homes that were slightly out side of what we were looking for. Spoiler Alert: our home was one of those listings! We exchanged many calls/text/emails back and forth about properties that we were interested in and EVERY time we called, she was available. There were times we texted or emailed in the late evening about homes we were interested in and by the next morning we were already scheduled for a private viewing (if an open house was not available). Amy was with us at every viewing we wanted to see, she was extremely knowledgable about each home we saw. There were some homes we really liked and she was honest with us and pointed out some of the potential issues she saw with some homes from the electrical wiring, mold, old or near dead furnaces, questionable neighborhoods and other homes that were priced in the market. She so detailed and meticulous in explaining the good and bad each home had to offer. She knew about each home, the architecture and style of the house, the renovations, time and money the owners put into the home. You name it, she's going to point out every thing and lay it on the table for you. She was as much invested in our search as we were and if it had not been for her, we would have easily fell in love with the first home we saw. At no time did we feel pushed to buy, rushed to make a decision or felt discouraged when she made her recommendations or we having to walk away. She is patient and most importantly she was honest with us. Amy held our hand during this whole process. Not only did she help us find our home, she connect us to our lender that ultimately helped us finance our home (at a very good rate)! This by far was one of the easiest yet nerve wrecking experiences we had in buying our second home. Finding a home in this market was challenging and at times we felt a little discouraged when things fell through. However Amy kept us encouraged and frequently called and emailed us new listings every day. She would always say "When the time is right, you will know. This is not your first and it won't be your last. Let's keep looking and when we find it, it ours". She would frequently drill that in my head and sure enough a few months and loosing bids later (LOL), we found our home! I know there are many realtors to choose from; some may do this "on the side", some do this as a part-time job or some do this as a career filler until something better comes along. Amy does this for real. She is the real deal and she's been in the profession so long that you can trust and believe you are in good hands. You will get the outcome you want and she will see to it that you do. Thank you Amy for walking us through this whole process. We would have not imagined all the homes we saw, passed on, lost bids on, we would find our selves in this home; a home you helped us find that we love. It's only been 2 most post closing and you've called and checked on us at least 3 times. We feel good about our purchase. We are in an area where all of the homes are well-cared for, our neighbors have been in their homes longer than we've been a live, its safe and quiet, good schools, reasonable taxes and most importantly, there is a sense of community. We are now part of a community that we can our home.Thank you so much Amy!!!!! We love you so so so so so so much. :)

Without a doubt, Amy Dixon is the absolute best realtor we couldve hoped to have. My wife and I came over here from England back in 2019, looking at property to get a feel for the area and by pure luck managed to get Amy as our realtor. Honestly I'm so happy that we did as we could not have asked for a better person let alone realtor. Shes so warm, welcoming, extremely hard working, and is super knowledgeable on the areas, houses and market. She helped us through everything, gave us advice on the good and bad - making sure we would only get the best for us and avoid any pitfalls that might arise.Amy stuck with us through the pandemic, never once being deterred by our move date pushing further back. Finally in summer 2021, we were able to come back and find our dream home all with Amys help. Buying a house is stressful enough, but especially in the middle of a pandemic while living in another country. Amy made the whole process exceptionally easy and continued to be our guide and help us even after the house was ours.
