I was one of Rigos first clients. Even early in his career, Rigo was very knowledgeable of the area I was selling in. We agreed on a selling price and was absolutely on target. After sifting through many offers (which consisted of low-ball and weird financing options) we sold for full asking price.Because I was located out of state, Rigo went completely out of his way to ensure my home showed better than any other home in the neighborhood. There was a even a couple times I think he cut my grass after my tenets moved out. Lol Thanks again Rigo!Through out the process Rigo was very responsive and did everything could to keep the buyers agents timely as well. All-in-all, the selling process was a lot less stressful because Rigo did everything he could to take care of us. I recommend him as a well qualified agent and would definitely use his services again.

As first time buyers, we werent familiar with the process of buying a home but Rigo and Karen along with their team answered questions before we even asked and address all of our concerns. He helped us find and understand what we were looking for on our first home and walked us through the process every step of the way. He was very responsive from the beginning and listened to our needs and wants. We found our home within about a week and a half and closed escrow in 3 weeks. Being in the market for a home can be stressful as it is and uneasy during a pandemic but Rigo made the whole process easy and safe for everone and the seller. He had the home ready to view with the lights on and doors open and was on time every time. Rigo and his team were very quickly at getting the offer letter ready for us to sign and walked us through the entire contract and process. Rigo went the extra mile recommended an inspection right away and was with us through the process of the inspection and help us understand the conditions of the home. His knowledge and experience in construction help make the inspection process a breeze. He was very professional and clear on helping us understand the conditions of our potential home and guided us on the contingencies that we can address before closing escrow. Repairs were of concern to us when buying our first home but his clear and concise communication built a lot trust during the process.
