We interviewed four realtors to sell our father's home. After hearing Jeff's presentation, there was no question that he and his team would be the ones we would hire. After only four days on the market, Jeff called with an offer on the home, a home that we had been told by other realtors was "unsellable" and good only for "bulldozing" into the ground. The home did need A LOT of work, i.e., a new roof, basement wall work, hook-up to city water, etc. We told Jeff that we didn't have the money to put into the house up front, but asked if it was possible to pay the contractors from the proceeds at the closing. Jeff contacted all of the necessary contractors and negotiated with each of them for payment at closing. We absolutely COULD NOT HAVE done any of this on our own. Jeff and his team are amazing. Every call or concern was addressed immediately. They were always available to us. We recommend them to anyone and everyone we hear of selling their home in the Greater Lansing area.
