My wife and I recently saw a lot for sale in a gated community. We blindly telephoned Titus about it as we did not have a particular realtor at the time. We asked Titus several detailed questions that required him contacting the listing agent and he got back to us within a very short time.We then asked him about proceeding with making an offer on the property and he suggested an offer price that was lower than we were considering so we went with his offer. As we were not in the immediate area, everything was handled on line and over the telephone. The offer was made at the end of the week and again, Titus kept in contact with us throughout the weekend and near the end of the weekend, to our surprise we received a call from Titus advising that the seller accepted our offer. There were a couple of hiccups with the seller changing the title company and closing location but again, Titus was right there walking us through every step of the way.During the entire process, right through closing, Titus was always there and quickly responded to any questions we had. He did an amazing job all the way and we would not hesitate to recommend and or use Titus again if the opportunity presents itself!
