I just want to tell you a little about our real estate agent JONATHAN RAMIREZ. Jonathan definitely went above and beyond his job. I walked into The office blind without ever researching the home buying process. It was past 5 pm and they were closing I wanted some information about buying a home quickly. I am all about instant gratification. I was greeted by his big smile and warm personality he gave me a short explanation of the home buying process that day, even got a lender involved to see what we were approved for. It all happened so fast. Three days later we were approved. Now it was happy house hunting, or so we thought. This is one of the most important financial decisions of our life, and it was nerve wrecking, and at times daunting. However, no matter how demanding, how many questions we had, how many houses we turned down, how many cover letters were written, the no barred window requests, wide streets only, good neighborhood, no matter how many bumps in the road he came through and this was not an easy task for us or him. But WE DID IT! Jonathan was super patient, answered all midnight texts, answered every call, text, and email in a very timely manner, with accuracy and knowledge, and if he didnt have the answer he would find it. This is what really makes the whole home buying process smooth. He drove us miles and miles away every Sunday (even brought snacks and water) crawled underneath houses to check for copper pipes and no leaks, looked under every sink, checked the exterior wood, the inside wood, and left no nook or cranny untouched to make sure we were getting a house with no surprises in great condition. To make the closing process even smoother he replaced the dishwasher, gave us a washer, paid for the little repairs that needed to be done, without us even asking. Jonathans excellence is really solid and consistent, and his integrity and honesty really set him apart from other realtors. He is straight forward, pleasant and professional at all times. I wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan Ramirez for not only a great realtor but a friend for life. We will be calling you for that popcorn ceiling party ;) Thank You Jonathan!!!

Karen Anderson is the Best! I'm not kidding... I interviewed three agents but when I met Karen, I knew that she was the one I was going to work with. She was offering something beyond a sale of my house. She was offering an end-to-end selling package. She led a team of people (a stager, photographer, videographer, handymen, electrician, engineer...) who clearly followed her direction. Now, I am a control freak, but soon I realized that I could leave every detail to Karen and allow her to take control. She held two open houses and found a buyer for our 'Baron Castle' in less than three (3) weeks. My situation was more complex than usual since I had to buy a house contingent on the sale of my house. Jonathan Ramirez definitely made my first home buying experience a positive one! From day one, he was always professional, friendly, and very engaged in the whole process. Whenever I texted him a question or needed information, Jonathan was always quick to respond. While we were searching through listings and going to open houses, I really appreciated that he genuinely cared about what I was looking for in a home (close proximity to work, entertainment, restaurants etc.), and would ask what my thoughts were on each place, so we could look at even better options the next time. Jonathan was also always great at naming pros and cons of each listing, so it'd be easier to make a decision on whether or not to place an offer. He was never pushy, and made it clear that we would keep looking until I found a place that I loved. And when the time came to place offers, Jonathan would run comparative analyses on homes in the area to ensure that the presented offer was competitive without being unreasonably high. Once an offer was accepted and escrow opened, Jonathan really helped to make the rest of the process a breeze. I appreciated that he sent me a schedule of important dates which was perfect for referencing to stay on track. He is definitely very client-oriented and will always take the time to explain contracts and all the details. And now, even after Ive moved into my new home, Jonathan will check in to see if I need anything and will help to fix things or suggest plumbers/electricians etc. who can work on my condo. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend working with Jonathan and the Prestige Team and would love to work with them again in the future!

We are first time home buyers and when we decided to start looking around, we didn't know where to start, or who we could trust, or just how much information and knowledge is necessary to smoothly navigate this process.We came across Karen Anderson when we wanted to see a specific house in San Pedro we had seen online, and she was the only agent to respond to our email, and quickly.She knew more details about her area than other agents we had talked to before, clearly and carefully listened to what we wanted / needed, and was thoughtful and honest about her feedback to us. She never tried to pressure us into anything, and let us know what the pitfalls were at every step.After putting up with us for several months and taking her time to answer any questions we had, she helped us find a place we wanted to put an offer on.Being first time home buyers, we were cautious and uncertain about every step of the process from financing to getting inspections to negotiating offers.She introduced us to a finance company that was able to get us a better rate, locked in, than our bank, credit agencies and any independent sources we found.This is only the first of many invaluable connections she was able to provide us with during this process.We specifically requested a mold inspector, and the person she recommended gave us a discount as well as excellent service.The home inspector was extremely efficient and thorough, and after living in our new home for the past 6 months, his inspection and the repairs and all the other detail, all managed by Karen, have worked out perfectly.Our friends in other states said they had to have an Attorney look over their documents. In California, the Agent can do this part, but what that means is that your agent needs to be as knowledgeable about the law, and rules and regulations as a lawyer.Karen has that knowledge and the patience to make sure her clients understand the absolute details and spent the hours it took to make us comfortable.We strongly recommend her because of how encompassing her knowledge, connections, and understanding of all the aspects so important related to home buying (the area, the process, financing, bidding, repairs and negotiating) and the fact that she's patient and not interested in pushing a client into a decision.If we ever sell, we'll go back to her for help on that as well.All-in-all, she helped us through the largest purchase commitment either of us have ever made, and earned our respect and loyalty in her grace under our millions of questions at all times of the day and night, and is a person I'd recommend to friends and family with ABSOLUTE confidence.
