Omar was an exceptional guide and resource for us as we navigated our first homebuying experience. Hes hands-on and reliable, yet never pushy. On more than one occasion, he steered us away from a home which he reminded us did not suit all our requirements and encouraged us to be more patient. The end result was that we ended up with our dream home which exceeded all our expectations, and we worked collaboratively to come up with the best (and winning) offer in a multiple bid situation. Id also like to note that we gained efficiencies (mainly time!) and were able to close a complex deal in under 21 days from the date our offer was accepted as a result of working with Omars trusted references (lender, inspection company, etc.) We were very demanding (I personally followed up daily with Omar on the status of repairs, we asked to view the property on multiple occasions during our escrow period, we asked for detailed explanations of various documents), and I'm pleased to say that Omar went over and beyond to remain helpful, responsive and actively involved at every stage -- continuing to clarify doubts, talk through important decisions and share his opinion/knowledge; we truly never felt undermined or as though he was too busy or uninterested. In fact, he's even in touch with us today *after* closing, helping us with recommendations for contractors, home improvement suggestions that could increase our home value, etc. We feel very fortunate to have found Omar and recommend him wholeheartedly to any homebuyers in the greater Los Angeles / SF valley area. He is easy to work with and we find his integrity and professionalism unparalleled.
