Gretchen is an exceptional realtor who redefines what it means to go above and beyond for her clients. My wife and I can honestly say that the hardest part of writing this review is finding the words to express how much Gretchen did for us and the immeasurable impact that she's had on our lives.The process of moving from our home in NJ to NC was a long and challenging one. We were leaving our hometowns and all the history and friends that we've known for our entire lives. We knew that moving was the right decision for our family but at the same time, we weren't ready to just up and leave. We knew we had to find the right house, in the right area, that could become a new home in every sense of the word.In some ways, we were probably a realtor's nightmare. We lived half a coast away, could only see houses when making a holiday trip to visit family, and weren't always sure if this was a change that we were up for.Enter Gretchen. At the time it felt as though we met her randomly but with hindsight, it was nothing short of providential.Gretchen spent over a year helping us find the right home. Her patience and diligence kept us on track even when we were overwhelmed with the process. Through countless phone calls, video walkthroughs, tons of research, and helping us figure out what we wanted our lives to look like, Gretchen never faltered; never waivered. She was in our corner every step of the way and through it all, cared enough to learn about us and how she could best help us through the change.If that wasn't enough, Gretchen also proved herself to be a savvy negotiator with a strong handle on the market. Her advice helped us navigate some fickle sellers and one mismanaged short sale (which we thankfully passed on pursuing further). In those cases, Gretchen was nothing short of tenacious and didn't let up until we had the answers we needed.This isn't our first move, though it was the most daunting. We've bought and sold houses before. We've worked with other, very good realtors. But without hesitation, we can say that Gretchen went beyond what was required; beyond what was expected.Gretchen is a rare find. We have already recommended her to friends and family and to anyone reading this, Gretchen is a realtor you can choose with confidence.

Scott is probably a good Sellers Realtor but for me he was the best BUYERs Realtor and I am lucky to have connected. He not only managed to snag the perfect Age In Place first house I every bought in my life, he also protected me from some hasty and naive decisions on properties I tried to purchase. Yet, he did this patiently, quietly, with unruffled expertise. Although he would offer guidance when my inexperience led me astray, he always reminded me that it was my decision that he would honor no matter what I decided. I love the location of my First Home because it is as if I were living in the country, but within 3 minutes of great shopping and amenities. I even drive past a beautiful pasture with horses and cows just before I turn into my little subdivision. Its never too late to purchase your first home. But do it with Scotts help.
