CC Milhorn has helped our family with the buying and selling of homes over the last twelve years, and we have always been impressed with her skills and dedication. The difference with our recent purchase was that the housing market has become very competitive, and we had a rigid deadline to find a great property. She educated us about the current market and quickly found properties for us to consider. She worked after business hours and even kept in touch during her vacation until we finally found and closed on the perfect property for us. CC has a great assistant Ebony Johnson who is efficient and helpful and always available for questions. I would highly recommend the Baxter-Milhorn group. They are a great business team that really cares about their clients. CC is very professional but knows that sometimes in the stressful process of finding a house, you just have to laugh a little too. Thanks CC!!

Amanda says shes transparent. We were honest with her throughout the whole process. I had put down my prior landlords information that I had from 2 years ago and his number had changed. I let Amanda know I was on my way to his house to get his updated number. Also when she looked up his rental property she said she couldnt find it. I found it instantly online myself and told her that it was under his wives name first then his. She didnt care what I had to say. She is very slow at getting back with you and she also doesnt follow through anything she says. We had a very horrible experience with her. In my opinion I wouldnt use her as a realtor or as a property manager. Communication and trust is key. Also if youre going to rent property and going to check credit you should put under information that you are looking for a certain credit score. It would save everyone time and energy.
