Heather is the BEST!!! We found her by accident one day playing hookey from work to go see open houses instead. Heres how she deserves the title of the BEST!!!-First time buyers workshop: She made us sit through a seminar she had at her office where she went through every...single...step...of the home buying process.-Thorough: She also made us read what we were signing. As excited first time home buyers we were in a hurry to get our house. Heather slowed us down and made sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into.-Responsiveness: She is available to you by email or text or phone. She answered all my questions with gusto and accuracy. -Knowledge: She has worked in every aspect of the housing business from loan officer to realtor. She knows her stuff!!!-She took our side: When we ran into a difficult seller she would draft paperwork when we said we were OUT! She didnt try to make us go forward anything we werent comfortable with. But, she didnt let us let go of a good thing either, she told us to squeeze our butts and do it when we needed a little push.I cant say enough good things about Heather. When she needed to get things for us she batted her long eyelashes and got it done!When I tell my home owning friends about Heather they often say they wouldve liked to turn back time to work with her.
