We really enjoyed working with Chris Sector of The Peirce Group to buy our home in Bluffton. Since our first introduction, Chris was extremely responsive and professional. He listened to our needs and ultimately found us the right home. As an out of state buyer, he shared his vast knowledge of the Bluffton area and it's various communities, set up automated search criteria, took us through several homes to narrow down the communities and type of home we were looking for and was able to quickly identify our eventual home. He continued to work hard to put together the offer, set up inspections, provide introductions to the lawyer and insurance company and saw us all the way through the closing. My wife and I decided early in 2021 that we needed to make a move out of Northern Virginia, we decided on Bluffton, SC due to a great school, and proximity to great beaches activity. We were looking for a Realtor who didn't just know the area and where homes for sale were but had an inside edge on pre-market homes that would be coming up for sale and the in's and out's of the communities in Bluffton.
