Rossy is an excellent real estate agent and person overall. She is extremely kind, hardworking, and knowledgeable. I am usually one to do a lot of research prior to choosing a person to work with in any area, but this was not the case with Rossy. We were aEURoerandomlyaEUR? paired with her after requesting to view a home on Zillow, but after getting to know her better, I truly feel like she was sent aEURoefrom GodaEUR? and an answered prayer. From the very beginning, Rossy was very responsive and adaptive to our needs. Even the home inspector shared how much he liked her since he said many agents can be pushy, but that absolutely was not the case with Rossy. She always encouraged us to keep looking if we did not aEURoefeelaEUR? the apartment or house was right for us (even after getting to the stage of having an accepted offer and entering attorney review). As first time home buyers, we were (and still are) a bit all over the place aEUR" jumping from looking at apartments to single families to multi families, but Rossy remained so patient and gracious throughout the whole process, always taking time to guide us and answer our many questions. Even when we decided to extend our search to NJ, she continued and continues to support us on our journey to find a home. An added bonus is that Rossy is bilingual, which made it so helpful in communicating since my husband feels more comfortable with Spanish. Rossy is truly a go-getter, passionate, and gives her whole heart to her work and clients. She exudes care and is always upbeat and positive. I would definitely recommend her to any friends or family members looking for an excellent agent in New York.
