I have found Sean to be honest, kind, patient, considerate, knowledgeable, professional, and very available when I was buying my house. He made himself available whenever I had questions, even during the evening, weekends and holidays. Since I live in another state and could not see the house before I made an offer, Sean gave me a virtual tour of the place! Which was so terrific. Buying my foreclosure house was not an easy process; my first offer wasn't accepted, but when the house went on the market again, my second higher offer was accepted. Sean arranged to have the house, well, and septic inspected, and I found out that there were many costly repairs that needed to be done, so Sean helped me get estimates for these repairs in hope that I could get the costs deducted from the cost of the house. When this could not be done, I had to cancel my offer, but when the house went on the market again, I made my third lower offer, which was accepted. During all this time, Sean was instrumental in helping me through such a stressful time. At one point, I found another house on the market and Sean gave me a virtual tour of that house after doing all the paperwork for me to make an offer. He just worked so hard for me. And I am extremely grateful for that. I give Sean my highest recommendation.
