2015 We found our dream home in only a few showings after working with Bonnie as she listens to what you are looking! We were looking to buy a unique farm home and found the perfect one. Bonnie responds quickly and will go out of her way to meet you and show u a home even if it's an hour away! Her husband is also helpful as well! Bonnie is compassionate about what she does and anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent! Negotiations were a bit difficult yet Bonnie encouraged me to stick to what I was comfortable with paying thus leaving us in a positive equity position! Bonnie ensured that she only showed us properties that were in our budget and didn't push us to spend more as she was concerned we would be financially comfortable long term...which is key!
