Gus was referred to my wife and I by a friend, who is also an industry professional. We were specifically referred because my wife and I live out of state, and were told that Gus was skilled in handling complicated transactions, which our home sale was going be. It is a pet peeve of mine to not be informed about important things, in any facet. Gus wildly exceeded my expectations in that regard, giving my wife and I every update under the sun. We couldn't have been more happy with his professionalism and timeliness. Gus was also very adaptable, and communicated with us on multiple mediums to ensure this. As we were first time sellers, Gus guided us in what one would assume was a bumpy process, made smooth by Gus' work. His experience was apparent, every question was answered and every "grave concern" addressed.Finally, Gus was very approachable and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.

This definition certainly applies to Allison Schilling. The moment we sat down with Allison to discuss the home we were considering she immediately brought up items of concern and expenses that I had not considered. I could not put a value on the amount of money and frustration that Allison saved us but suffice to say that the sum is very significant. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Allison is her work ethic. Allison would respond to emails and text well before most people are awake and well after most people are asleep. Our home buying experience was as stress free and low cost as it possibly could have been thanks to Allison Schilling.

What an awesome selling experience! We were referred to Sharonda by a friend whom she had recently assisted in the selling of their home. We were very nervous about the process since we have never sold a house and no longer lived in the state of NC (the entire process was completed over phone and email). Sharonda was super professional, and very knowledgeable about the area and market trends.
