Laurie is one of the Best if not THE BEST Realtor I have ever worked with... she made the sale of my house such a simple & effortless experience for me.. She even took the time to do things for me that I know no ther Realtor would do.. along with her husband, Mike.. Nowind you, they work out of Simi Valley & my house was in the San Fernando Valley but they took their time to drive over for even the simplest of things... Laurie was always in contact with me, I never once had to contact her to check on the process of the sale of my house... Plus the people she had assisting her, whom assisted me were also as efficient, professional & friendly as she was.. I had a bad experience in purchasing my last home... & it felt like I was the one doing alll the work... but Laurie made this such a simple transition for me... Being out-of-state owners living in Arizona, we selected Mike & Laurie Nowland of the TheNowlandGroup of Simi Valley, CA to manage the listing and sale of our home in Simi Valley, CA. Theyre a great husband/wife team who worked seamlessly together from the get-go, using their expertise to guide us through every step of the transaction. They assisted us in locating very reliable companies for painting the entire home, installation of new carpeting throughout, and performing repairs to correct minor deficiencies. Immediately following the Open House, we received five offers, and a few days later accepted an all-cash offer that exceeded the listing price. We closed escrow fourteen-days later. This quick turnaround required close coordination with Mike & Laurie, to ensure that every action was responded to immediately (by Seller, Buyer, and the Escrow company).
