It is hard to really say anything that so many others have not already said about Lori! I have known her for many years before she became our realtor, through church, and she lives on my street. She started working with us officially 6 months before we were ready to actually list it. We had never sold a house before, so it was a little scary and nerve wracking, all the stuff we had to get done before we could even get to the point of putting it on the market. We had been in the house 30 years and we had a lot to do, besides getting ready for a long distance move. Lori gave us sound advice, helped me create a to do list and even gave me recommendations for people who would be able to do all the work that needed to be done. She constantly encouraged me, even though it felt like we were pouring a lot of money in the house and it would never end! Finally, the big day arrived to list it. 2 minutes after it went live, we started getting so many requests for viewings. We had an offer within 2 days. Her invaluable advice about how to navigate through the offers made the difference. We had multiple offers and were under contract in only 4 days, for more than list price. Even after we went under contract, she checked in with me and made sure we knew what next steps were, through inspections, etc. We are so happy with her and she definitely was right. You can always trust her to steer you right.
