I first met Ashley when I made an inquiry online about a listing I was viewing. While the listing was not hers, she did know the answers to my questions and responded to my query very quickly. She showed me multiple houses during the 2 months I was looking for a house, often times sending me listings of homes she felt would meet my criteria. I feel she had a good understanding of what I was looking for in a home. She negotiated a good contract for one of the homes I had liked, but after further inspection of the home showed there were too many repairs needed, she was able to get the contract canceled. She then successfully negotiated a contact on a second home for me the next month. She handled setting up all the inspections and survey for the houses and followed through on getting cleaning/repairs made with the selling Realtor. Ashley was always available to answer questions. She was able to advise me of what the process should be through every step of the purchasing of my new home. She really made this purchase very easy because she was on top of the situation at all times. She was a real pleasure to work with because she is always upbeat and honest in her responses. I felt I was working with a friend who was always looking out for my best interest.
