Daniel Calixto helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home. He went above and beyond our expectations of what to expect of a realtor. Honestly, with Daniel and Jessica in our corner, they made this home buying experience pleasant and with pratically no stress. He was always an email or phone call away and always ready to address any and all of our questions or concerns. Whatever he promised he delivered and more. He always looked out for our best interest and got us the home, and most importantly the location, that we wanted and needed. With his negotiations he got us over a grand back and warranty on the seller's dime after closing. Jessica our Transaction Coordinator was also great. She was quick to address all of our questions and concerns too. I never had to request anything more than once or make sure something was done, because it was done and taken care of. On a scale between 1 and 10 I give them a 10 and beyond. I definitely recommend this team to everyone, including friends and family, and believe me they will be the first ones if the time ever comes. We can't thank everyone involved enough, but thank you anyways.

Stay Away from this group! As the owner of many properties, I have never been associated with a more inept group of people in my life. Besides never returning phone calls, I found it completely appalling they would flat out lie to me. Then when confronted with the truth, they simply ignore your calls (they use caller ID). When confronted with the facts, I would call their office; however , my calls would go to voicemail (calls were never returned). But, if I called from another line (from a number which was not in their directory) they would pick it up immediately. Long story short, I had to make all the phone calls, interact with the title company, and get all the paperwork completed myself. They provided absolutely no assistance whatsoever; yet had no problem picking up their commission. It has been three days since my house sold and they still have not contacted me letting me know it was sold! I had to call the title company to find out my house was sold. I could go on and on, however, simply take my advice and stay away from these so-called realtors. You'll be much happier - trust me.
