Jacquie Ramsey went far and beyond to help my husband and I find our dream home and we are forever thankful to her. From day one, we recognized her dedication, knowledge and commitment to help us out. Jacquie will respond to our inquiring texts, phone calls or e-mails almost immediately 24/7. She made the process of house hunting less stressful thanks to her good and kind manner. She scheduled appointments to see places very efficiently and with not much notice from our end. She arranged that our visits could be done in a relaxed manner, be able to "really see the places" and put offers accordingly. When we finally found our "dream home", she did her best to negotiate and help us make our dream come true. In a current sellers market, it is very impressive that just within 3 months, Jacquie helped us connect to a wonderful lender, find and buy the house despite of the high competition amongst buyers. When my sister and I were looking to buy a condo in San Diego, we went on Zillow, and they connected us with Cara. We are so happy that they did! Cara is an amazing realtor, and took the time to get to know us as people, as well as what we wanted. As she can attest, there were quite a few obstacles when we were trying to purchase the condo, but Cara never gave up, and handled everything that was thrown her way in a calm and efficient manner. She was always communicating consistently with us through text, which we really appreciated, and explained everything throughly since my sister and I were first-time buyers. Cara also helped us immensely with getting our loan approved, and connecting us with people that helped paint our condo, since there were a good amount of discoloration, and cracks in the walls. We still keep in touch with Cara today, and we will definitely be going with her for future purchases! I highly recommend Cara if you are looking to purchase your new home!
