We connected with Emily initially because she partners with another realtor with whom we have done past work. It was easy to see why she partnered with another agent who we greatly trusted as they compliment each other perfectly. Emily is fantastic about details and follow through, patiently meeting us to view DOZENS of houses as we hunted and listening to our needs and concerns at each step of the way. When we did finally find "the one" she was quick to execute and do everything she could to make sure the contract was accepted and was in our best interest.She was also part of the selling team for our home of more than a decade. Emily and her team (Antonia and Sharon) were the definition of professional and friendly. Antonia and her team were extremely helpful and supportive each step in the process of selling my home. They found experienced, affordable people to completely remodel my kitchen, and then the three bathrooms, re-finish all my hardwood floors, paint inside-and-out, etc. They carefully explained the process and each step in a way that I could understand. They provided me with clear choices to make in each step, and usually a printed, annotated plan, with explanations. They especially handled the staging and showing process beautifully, showing my house in its best possible light. Their experience and abilities were most apparent, though, in the final bidding process, which was fairly complex and required quick decision-making, as well as thoughtful, sensitive communications with various buyers--resulting in a very successful sale!
