Antonia Quanstrom was selected after interviewing 4 realtors. We were selling my late Mom's house in Walnut Creek out of the trust, and it could not have gone any better! Antonia and Renee Maeda helped us at every step, including inspections, emptying the house, closing outstanding permits, paint, fixtures, grout, floors, yard, and staging. Renee managed all the contractors, which was really big since I live an hour away. Antonia's advice on what to fix up and what to disclose (from the inspections) resulted in us recouping probably 3 times the cost of the improvements. The marketing/promotional program generated huge interest before it was officially on the market. We got it on the market in 50 days, received multiple offers, all above asking, and several with no contingencies. The final sale was above even our best hopes. Along the way, Antonia and Renee even made the process fun! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
