My first time selling a house and it was unconventionally taxing, but not on our end. Jill had me organized to the tee! I had one obstacle with my attorney which took one month to resolve but it took the buyers 4 months to finally close. Through it all Jill was at the helm making sure I was informedaEUR"weekly, without fail and making sure ALL parties were on the same page and the process was still moving forward. Indubitably the sale would have fallen apart without her and so would I. The house was under contract in 5 weeks, well within the time frame she predicted and ANYTHING I needed she was there lending a hand. Jill has cultivated an impressive network which affords many resources at her disposal. What she doesnt have shell findaEUR"she sat with me for two hours helping me procure an engineer! She assured me the price I was asking was on point and it sold for that. Jill is the consummate professional, the epitome of how a realtor should operate.
