We were able to purchase our very first home with the help of Doreen and Bob Puzon. As like many others, we tried to take advantage of the low mortgage rates, however this also resulted in an arduous journey since it also made inventory on homes low. Despite it all, the concerns, the multiple offers, the failures (and there were many), and the countless amount of homes we looked at (allover the metroplex!), they stood by us. They worked so hard and diligently to get us the best price, the most out of our money, to ensure we didn't fall into buyers remorse, or buy a home that could result in a money pit. Even in a super competitive market where we had to jump on every house the moment it went on the market, they were ready to show it to us even if they had to tag team. They also suggested reputable contractors and vendors to help us. To be honest, our home buying process was heart breaking. It was a roller coaster. It was a hot mess and I wanted to quit so many times. I also wouldn't have blamed them if they wanted to quit on us for being difficult. However Doreen and Bob persevered and we were finally able to get a home we were happy with! They made sure that Closing Day was a special and momentous day for us and I am truly grateful for them. I think it is very rare to come across strangers that are looking out for your best interest rather than their own so after all this, that should be the reason you choose Bob and Doreen Puzon as your realtors.
