I met Miriam Guendulain real estate agent around 4 years ago at an open house; she took the time to talk to me and answered all my questions. I knew Miriam would be some I would like working with because she was not like other agents who just want to sell a home and dont care about talking to potential buyer or answering questions. After swapping contact information Miriam continued to stay in contact. She checked in to see how I was doing, she even called during Covid. We built a relationship and continued to stay in touch. To this day Miriam is in touch, seeing how I'm doing; something I never heard anyones real estate agent do. Even before selling/purchasing a home I would let people know to contact Miriam. She is not like other agents she is professional, personable, sweet, respectful, and thoughtful, she is someone you can easily talk to.Miriam was amazing, she made the home sale and home purchase experience easy. Miriam was in constant communication with both the sale/purchase of the home. She presented strategies to help sell the property which turned out better than imagined. Her strategy worked and my home was sold within a weekend. Escrow moved fast, it closed sooner than expected and I received my money right away. Miriam helped find my next home. Within 4 days of selling my home I already had a home I put in an offer on. The process was fast and easy, Miriam and her team always in communication. Again escrow closed earlier than expected and I was in my new home. Miriam along with Team Sosi(mortgage broker) made the experience and process smooth and easy. They made sure every decision that was made with the purchase of the home was in my best interest, no decision were made without me. Miriam and Team Sosi made sure I got the home I wanted; both were in contact with the seller seeing what they could do to make sure I was the one whose offer the seller accepted; and it worked.Miriam made the home purchase experience very special. My family is happy with our home and we are very appreciative of everything Miriam has done for us.I continually share with people my home sale and purchase experience and the reasons why they should work with Miriam and her team. I already let Miriam know Ill be reaching out to her when I purchase my next home.
