Luke answered my random Zillow call on a Saturday afternoon. He spent a good hour with me discussing my situation as I am relocating from Arizona to Coeur d'Alene. He listened to what I was looking for, what my timeframe looked like and got to work getting me set up with listings and in touch with a mortgage broker to get prequalified as I was going to be in town and should I find a house, wanted to be proactive so I could put in an offer. Fast forward a week or so, a house popped up that I just knew I had to see but it was out of my price range...I asked Luke to keep an eye on it should it drop...it ended up dropping and Luke also was able to negotiate even a little bit lower to get it into my price range with also having me working with an experienced mortgage broker that knew the best way to get me financed.
