My wife and I have known Damian and Penny for many years and were aware of Pennys ability to sell real estate particularly in Southern Cal but we still wanted to be sure we were making the right decision. A pricing decision and a calendar of events were set out and when we went to market Pennys marketing plan went into action. Within a few days we had 14 offers!! Penny used her expertise to down select the offers based on her financial and deal closing experience. With her advice we submitted multiple counter offers and eventually closed $25K above list price and $15k above the recent highest price set in the community. We could not be more pleased with Penny and in our eyes she is the best!
