I sold my house today through Teresa. I am an out of state investor who had a rental home. I was looking for a realtor who would not only help me to sell the house, but also manage repairs prior to sale. I interviewed several realtors, but Teresa struck me as detailed person in realty from the time she entered into the house for interview. She also brought her trusted handyman who could work on fixing the house. Classic example is flooring, when everyone told me that I had to put a LVL flooring on top of the current laminate flooring, she was persistent that it can be re-finished without spending tons of money on LVL. Also, when she listed the house, within 2 days, I had 3 offers, and the house got sold at a higher price than listed. She is always available to answer questions and has in depth knowledge of the total process. Me being out state was in peace that she will take care of the total transaction worry free. She and her daughter Megan, kept me informed of the process throughout until the closing. I would HIGHLY recommend her as a realtor who can also be a property manager during minor renovations for sale.
