JP is awesome! He is a one stop shop in the best kind of way! He helped me sell my home/rental property for top dollar and under a strict deadline. Here is a list of some of the ways JP helped my situation: -sold my house in the time frame he promised and for the $ number I needed -advised on getting a difficult tenant out of my home ethically and with his legal team -advised on home improvement renovations that needed to be done in order to spike interest in my property, and fast -advised on pricing of the property accurately -created an open house that brought through 50% more prospects than other local homes -provided me the opportunity to choose from multiple offers over asking price because of the skilled sales technique -bent over backwards to help me with contractors and negotiations with a buyers agent who wasnt the most communicative. Blair and his team exceeded all expectations. He helped us purchase a home on short notice in an extremely competitive market.
