We have been looking for a home outside of the city for a solid 6 months and met Erin at a showing. In the first 15 mins, we realized this was going to be our choice for a realtor. She knows the market in and out, understands both buyer & seller needs, and carries a certain confidence and energy which is rare. She really took the time to understand our situation and came up with a timeline and plan for us. Her communication skills are top-notch and we could call/text anytime as questions came up. Our home in Bend was not even listed and we needed to get the ball rolling on a contingent deal. When this whole COVID pandemic started, we thought we missed our window to sell. This was not even a challenge for Erin, not one bit. She guided us through the best way to stage our home and get it ready, had a professional photographer come out, and listed our home super quick. We had multiple offers within 72 hours..and Erin sold our home for OVER the asking price!! Under normal circumstances that is incredible, but even despite a global pandemic, Erin is working those deals and hustling for her clients. We feel strongly that our home would still be sitting on the market if she had not been our realtor. Highly recommended for Central Oregon!!!!

Holly is seriously the BEST real estate agent in Central Oregon. I met her when I had just gone through a divorce, had my credit down the drain and really no hopes of getting a house. It was a matter-of-fact conversation that I told her I would like to buy a house one day. She pointed me in the direction of a mortgage broker that walked me through every step to get qualified and then helped me select a house that fit me perfectly! The thing that sets Holly apart from other agents is she knows the area, lived here forever. She knows people that put in concrete, people that clean, people that frame houses and pretty much most of the in's and out's herself. When you don't know what you are doing, it makes a huge difference to have someone in your corner to tell you what is acceptable and normal...and what's not.

Michelle is the best! She is patient, friendly, professional and knows her business! We started looking for a home in January and had to be out by April first. There were three houses on the market at that time. Michelle was confident we'd find the right home and as more came available, she patiently took us to several homes that ranged from manufactured to stick built homes. We had no idea what we were doing and we looked at varied price ranges. She took calls from both myself and my husband, often repeating what she told one of us and she always patient and cheerful. She worked tirelessly on documents, on several occasions, late into night. We finally found the right house. We had the inspection and Michelle negotiated what was needed to be corrected. We closed on St Patrick's day, giving us two weeks to move. We have pretty much settled in and are now working on landscaping our new yard. She was right, we did find our home and in a timely manner!
