We listed and sold our home with Caroline Garguilo. We called Caroline and expressed interest in her listing our house, and to set up an appointment to have her come over to view the house. We were in the process of doing some renovations, so unfortunately, we had to reschedule a couple of times. She kept in touch with us during our renovation process. When the time came for us to finally meet, she had already viewed other comparable houses on the market and was well prepared for our meeting. After talking with her, we felt extremely comfortable with having her as our agent. After she viewed the house, we all sat down to discuss the sale, the sales strategy, and the asking price. While we were initially thinking of a slightly higher sale price, she was very realistic with her appraisal of the the house as well as its competition. After a brief discussion, we agreed with her assessment and signed the sales contract with her, as well as various other forms. The "For Sale" sign went up on the front lawn late on Thursday afternoon, and on the following Tuesday she called us to let us know that we had received a full asking price offer for the house. Caroline was extremely helpful in guiding us through the sales process. In addition, because we were no longer in the state, she was available to let various inspectors, etc. into the house to do their work. She kept us apprised throughout the process with emails and phone calls, and was always available to answer any questions that we had. We were extremely pleased with Caroline and with everything that she did for us. Her knowledge and professionalism were first rate. And while that was enough, she is simply an exceptionally nice person to talk to and to deal with. We highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell their house.
