Barely a month has passed since my husband and I randomly found a property online that we wanted to see and reached out to Jeff who showed us the property right away. Now I'm writing this review 35 days later sitting IN THAT VERY HOUSE that now belongs to my husband and me. Sounds simple enough, however when you factor in that we got an accepted offer on our purchase contingent on listing and selling our house ASAP, it was actually impossible. Jeff and his business partner Ted stepped in and hands-on assisted us in re-landscaping our nearly 1800 sq. ft front yard, and gave us the guidance and support we needed to list and sell our house in days...5 days to be exact. Jeff is professional, responsive, ethical and my highest recommendation is not nearly enough for the magic he and his team pulled off for my family. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy and has a servant's heart to truly guide you on your journey into and around homeownership - Jeff is your agent. The Cal Coastal team is stepping up the realtor game for the entire Central Coast.
