I am convinced Mary Kim is the best in the business. She streamlined the buying process for us. We had a very short window of time in which to find and purchase a home and she did not tire for a moment. When looking at homes, she was consistently available at times convenient for us. She didn't mind us bringing our two young children and even entertained them at times! Our daughter loved Mary and would always be so excited to see her. When we found our dream home, she did not delay in getting our offer in. She stayed on top of communicating with us and the other agent, even acting as a mediator for all parties involved. The week of our closing, she had to be out of town for some professional development, but left us in the hands of her very capable colleague and stayed in touch while she was across the country. Mary did her job and then some. She went above and beyond to make sure our home selling and buying experience was smooth. She even hosted a house warming party upon our moving into our new neighborhood, inviting several neighbors and our friends for BBQ and to see the new place. The best part about Mary is her ability to build relationships with her clients. There really is nobody like her!
