I cannot tell enough good things about, Bruce and Dianne Needle. From the start of our family's home buying process, until now even post close with renovation, Bruce has made my life so easy. Given that the property we purchased was bank owned, the process was quite complicated with multiple parties (attornies, bank personnel, etc.) involved. Bruce coordinated the entire process and made the purchase incredibly seamless. Even when he did not know about something, he would research and get back to you with prompt information. The best service from the couple is honesty, and they strive to keep their customers up to date. Now that we are post close, and as I am working on renovating the house, Bruce still continues to provide me with recommendations on contractors. I will be sure to recommend Bruce and Dianne Needle to all my friends and family for purchasing future properties.
