Do not pass over Rima Cole as your realtor! After talking with several individuals in the area, Rima was the only person who was willing to go the extra mile to find the perfect house to fit our needs. She took our list of criteria, then sent us information and pictures about a wide variety of houses in the area in order to establish exactly what met our tastes. As new houses came on the market, she made sure that the information about them was passed along to us. After we narrowed our choices, she drove to each home and took walkthroughs for us with video through the neighborhoods and houses. She gave us honest feedback about each house, positive and negative. She did not limit her search to houses that she was selling, or even her company, but gave us information about everything available. Her knowledge of the area and market is beyond anything we anticipated, and most importantly she is prompt in providing information, always returns phone calls and emails (often immediately) and takes the time to get to know her customers. From the outset of searching all of the way through closing, she went above and beyond our expectations! We left our business dealings with her feeling as though we had a great new friend. After moving to the area in January, we started searching for a home. I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations for a good realtor in the area; almost every person commenting referred Heather! After getting her contact information, she showed us homes from Navarre to Niceville. We had her all over the place for months. Heather was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the area and aspects of the homes. As first time home buyers, we were picky, hesitant and a little clueless! It is with great pleasure that I recommend Heather Blatz as a Realtor. My wife and I had a beautiful home we had remodeled, but decided it was too big for just the two of us and we decided we would prefer to live at the beach. I was convinced I could not get the amount I wanted from the house, but Heather started by getting me great information and we found we could sell our home for more than I thought. Heather worked diligently to sell our home listing us everywhere. We had better signage and advertising than any other home for sale in our neighborhood and we had a constant parade of open house. Heather then worked with us on buying a condo which was much trickier than I suspected as I wanted to use the VA to minimize the amount of money I put down on the condo. Heather was well connected with knowledgeable lenders and got me in touch with some top talent. I got an offer on my house, but my new location was not ready. Heather asked us what we wanted to do and when we said we wanted the condo she helped us get an investor loan for 10% down. The deal was right there and Heather put it together making our dreams come true. We then backed out of the deal causing a lot of trouble. Heather worked to smooth things over with the new buyer. She worked just as hard after suffering what must have been a huge disappointment for a double commission opportunity as she had in the beginning. What does this story tell us about Heather? She is hard working and a go getter. She is knowledgeable and has the connections to make things happen. Most importantly she is in it for her clients and not herself, valuing her reputation over the dollars. You can find no better realtor in the area.
