After many viewings and several unsuccessful bids, I purchased a condo in Redmond with the help of Greg and his team. I couldnt have asked for a better navigator of this wild market. Greg was a terrific buyers agent in that he did his homework, was willing to ask the tough questions and was a true advocate for me--meaning, he was willing to walk away from the wrong transaction. When deals are closing significantly above asking with waived inspections and appraisals, that kind of levelheadedness really means a lot. Additionally, Greg offered both great patience and guidance as I adjusted my parameters for purchase to the realities rapidly changing market. This was a moving target, frustrating at times, but Gregs enthusiasm and care never wavered through the long process. At face value, Greg and his year of experience might give pause, but Greg and his team proved to me they know what theyre doing and will go the extra mile to get things done right. Im very pleased with my experience with Greg.

My wife and I purchased our first home through Bee Murphy Real Estate Team and could not have had a better experience. We worked with Sara Montagne and she made herself available to answer questions at anytime of the day or night. Being first-time home buyers, we were pretty nervous and I cant remember how many texts I sent inquiring on the all the minutia that goes into buying a house. Sara always replied promptly and really helped take a large amount of stress out of the process. Even when we had a number of concerns regarding the house we ended up getting, Sara was always there to schedule inspectors and even rearranged her schedule a few times when we couldnt be there. We really felt like we were in good hands the entire time. From our initial meeting to discuss what we were looking for in a house to the final signature, Sara treated us like we were her only clients. I could not be more pleased with the overall process. And to top it all off we absolutely love our house!
