Erin was a listing agent for the house in new development in Bothell we went to look at and although we didn't like the house, we liked Erin, her attitude and her approach to the home buying. We started looking for house in Kirkland area in February 2013 and after one month of search and few offers not being accepted because the competition was crazy, we decided to make an offer on the house listed for short-sale and subject to a bankruptcy. So you can imagine the process not being really straight forward. After making an offer in March and going through a little bidding war, bankruptcy court approved our offer in April and short sale was approved by lending bank in June. The whole buying process took almost 4 months and Erin was on top of everything throughout the process. We think this is was the shortest short-sale we have ever heard of and we really appreciate Erins efforts to get us our home. We would highly recommend her to anyone and will use her services in the future.

Erin guided our family through the sale of our mother's condominium. She was invaluable in helping us develop a plan to update the property that would bring top dollar. My wife and I purchased our first home through Bee Murphy Real Estate Team and could not have had a better experience. We worked with Sara Montagne and she made herself available to answer questions at anytime of the day or night. Being first-time home buyers, we were pretty nervous and I cant remember how many texts I sent inquiring on the all the minutia that goes into buying a house. Sara always replied promptly and really helped take a large amount of stress out of the process. Even when we had a number of concerns regarding the house we ended up getting, Sara was always there to schedule inspectors and even rearranged her schedule a few times when we couldnt be there. We really felt like we were in good hands the entire time. From our initial meeting to discuss what we were looking for in a house to the final signature, Sara treated us like we were her only clients. I could not be more pleased with the overall process.
