I am proactive, which turned a lot of brokers off to sell my home to my plan. I am recently disabled and needed to move fast. Aaron was absolutely amazing to work with!!! I was a first time buyer and was clueless from the start. He was so knowledgeable and if he didnt have the answer he would find it. He is incredibly patient and readily available. We always saw the house the same day it was found. Offers written the same day. He also, always put my best foot forward!!! He would tweak little things to make sure my offer was as competitive as possible within my range. He would converse with the whole team and make sure all ends were covered/met. He never made me feel like I was too much work (which I know I was!!!.) If I ever buy again and anyone I know that is getting ready to buy, I will always send his direction. There is absolutely no way anyone would be disappointed with his work!! His whole team is out of this world spectacular!!!
