Aaron helped us find a property to buy that we could rent to our daughter. He spent time understanding our budget and our requirements, helped us narrow down the choices, decide on the terms of the purchase and sale agreement, and work through a counter offer. When that fell through (we rejected the counter offer), he helped with a second property which had complications (manufactured home, required two appraisals, etc.) and he helped us negotiate some key terms. He even showed us the new property on two separate occasions even though it was over an hour and a half away from his home and office. Beth Vicano checked in with me at least once a week keeping me apprised of any issues that may have arisen and making sure I was comfortable with how things were going. We felt very well taken care of by Aaron, Beth, and the whole Integrity Homeselling Team.
