At first, I listed my home on Zillow, but I lived 6 hours away. I soon discovered I would need help in selling it due to living so far away. I set a day to meet some Realtors at the property. Sarah was the 4th Realtor in my line of appointments that day. Immediately, I could sense her sizing up the property, making mental notes, and being very courteous personable/professional to the folks renting the house whom were in the process of moving out. She gave me a price she would list it for and it was 10-11,000 more dollars than the other Realtors! I was skeptical it would appraise for that amount of money. She reassured me on everything. She also has good, reasonable contractors who carpet, paint, pressure-wash, and roof homes if your home needs more TLC . Mine did and Sarah's team and I worked out the details in fixing it up. Sarah suggested improvements I should make and some of the ideas I had she said I should not make. She saved me thousands of dollars. And she sold the home at nearly the original asking price! Therefore, she made me about $6,000 and possibly more than the other Realtor's would have if I had hired them. I am happy I went with Sarah and the Rocco Group.
