My wife and I were scared at first. Going into a market where houses are moving as fast as they are in DFW, we were afraid we would never find a house that fit us without being forced to overpay for it. The Mickle team calmed those fears by keeping us constantly up to date on what was available on the market everyday. When we saw something we just had to go see they were always able to get us a walk through quickly so we had a chance at being the first ones with an offer in. What I liked most about them was their ability to point out problem areas in houses during the showings. If we saw something, or they saw something, that worried us they were able to talk us through best and worst case scenarios before we even put offers in on properties. So without paying out earnest money and inspection fees for houses we might like we were able to make an educated decision about what repairs or items needing to be addressed would cost us upon purchasing a home. At times I felt like I was walking through houses with a realtor and an inspector. When we did find the house we wanted they were able to help us keep things in perspective on what the home was actually worth so we didn't get too emotionally attached and end up overpaying. There is no doubt in my mind who I will use the next time I go to buy a house, or who I would recommend to anyone I know looking to buy a home.

Our first encounter with Angel Mickle was when she showed us a house we scheduled through Zillow. She met us there and immediately impressed us with her friendliness, honesty, character, and knowledge of her craft. We were still not living in the area and did some of our searching on-line while traveling. We came across a house we really liked and contacted Angel to see if she would become our agent. She agreed and scheduled an appointment with our adult children to view the house in person while we viewed the house via cell phone video.While this house did not work out for us as we lost the bid, it was the start of a two-month effort to find our retirement home. After moving to the area, Angel worked diligently to find homes that met our preferences. Her efforts led to many showings where she was by our side and always offering honest and candid inputs about the home, both good features and those that might be of concern. In total we probably looked at about 25 places before we found our forever home. Angel offered us valuable advice on the recommended bid and other tips that worked out in our favor to convince the sellers we were the ones they should accept the bid from.She was always available to us and answered all our questions. She made us feel like family and we enjoyed our time together as we looked over the many homes with her. Angel, Thank you for all your hard work. Angel is the BEST realtor that you could ever find! we went through interviewing so many real estate agents to see who we can work with and to be honest none of them were as qualified as Angel! She is so experienced, smart, patient, helpful and sweet! We trusted Angel from the minute we saw her! She is so transparent in her communication that I could easily see she was only working for us and she is dealing with us like a family member! She is not one of those agents who just want to get the job done and say goodbye - she values her clients a lot and I loved that in her.We bought our first house with her and we had an amazing experience the entire time.
