Nikki is conscientious, responsible and knowledgeable. When our plans for our dream retirement home were thwarted, my husband and I did not know where to land. Nikki stuck with us for over 3 months as we searched several counties looking at assorted country, city, dilapidated and move-in ready homes. Throughout our search, Nikki was diligent, very professional and reliableaEUR|answering calls and texts and keeping us up to date with the newest listings. While working with us, she herself moved. Nikki sold our last home for a price we didn't think we would get in a time frame we didn't think possible. She also found a way to negotiate the price and sale conditions on a house that we had given up on to a state that made it possible for us to buy. The high level of professionalism, strong knowledge of real estate, committed dedication to clients, and sound ethics found in Nikki make her a rarity. I know that Nikki was working with several other clients while representing us, but her attention to our needs and concerns made us feel like we were her only clients and her highest priority yet she remained within professional bounds. Nikki was direct, honest, and to the point in all aspects of our buying and selling process. She handled all documents and negotiations as promptly as possible to eliminate any unnecessary anxiety and stress. I fully believe if we had chosen an agent other than Nikki we would have taken a loss on the sale of our house and there is no way we would be in the dream house we are in today!
