We had an OUTSTANDING experience with Eric Martinez as our selected realtor during our recent move. As a military family it is always tough to find a place to live when you dont know the area, let alone during the COVID outbreak when we didnt have a choice but to move. Home shopping over the internet is extremely stressful when you cant fully see the home and property. Eric was very knowledgeable and did plenty of research to provide additional information. He went out of his way to help us during the height of COVID and provided personal video tours of the homes we were interested in. He worked hand-in-hand with our mortgage officer and we were able to purchase our home from across the US. As a military member timeliness and accuracy are critical in our world. Eric provided both as he was always available by phone or text at all hours of the day, returned messages quickly, and provided information to us that we hadnt even considered.
