Brittney and The Williams Team helped me buy my first home. I first started working with Brittney after being recommended by a family friend's contact in the industry. Brittney is an agent on Kristen's team, but they all work great together and make the process so easy. Brittney is so amazing, she is sweet, but also doesn't take anything from anybody, she isn't scared to ask or negotiate or push, and works overtime for the best interest of her clients. She offers plenty of great advice when you ask, but she lets you make your own decisions and is always looking out for you. I think she really truly represents what a true professional looks like in Real Estate, and is not trying to be a used car salesman/grant cardone of Real Estate. She is truly a professional who helps you navigate the very weird realm of real estate. I first met her in 2019 and rented a house in Austin and she was awesome, helped us negotiate a bit down on the rent and made sure we got settled. In 2020 I moved to Round Rock where she helped me find the cutest two story to rent for a year while i worked on getting ready to buy a house and have cash for closing costs and down payments. In 2021 she helped me avoid costly delays by getting me under contract in a new build in Jan 2021, by June 2021 this same house would have been $80-90k more expensive and I would have missed out on getting in before prices went crazy. Ella from her team kept up with all the emails from the builder, helped schedule inspections and walkthroughs with the builder, and made calendar invites to all the important things I needed to go to. Currently my boyfriend is in the process of selling his house with Brittney and The Williams Team, and we will submit a review when that transaction closes, but as a buyer I cannot give any suggestions on how to improve, there was nothing I could think of that Brittney and The Williams team didn't already think of. I trusted Brittney to rent, buy, and now sell my boyfriends house, and they have not once let us down. 5 out of 5 would recommend.
