We moved to Mt. Pleasant 2 months ago and just closed on our new home. Jon was integral to making the transition to the area seamless. With so many amazing neighborhoods around town, it was very difficult to decide where we would plant our flag, but Jon was extremely helpful with the 'sniff test' by taking us around to pretty much every part of Mt. P and filling us in on the pros and cons. That experience and local knowledge proved to be the most critical in our decision-making process. It was also a huge help that his kids were very close to our kids ages so he knew where the best restaurants are that also happen to have bounce castles (how's that for value add)...it's www.onfortyone.com if you're wondering! I can honestly say that Jon and his family have become friends and we're looking forward to growing up in this amazing community with them!
