First off, we were NOT in the market to buy or sell (our home) bc we love the street on which we are located :o) Our neighbor said we HAD to look at the home three doors away, which we did .. Dan was the Agent for the seller and we asked if he would look at our home regarding pricing et al .. Once we sat down with Dan in our home, we were most comfortable .. As we pursued our NEW home, Dan was at both ends of the spectrum in this deal .. Ed and I felt (and noted) Dan's honesty and integrity in this situation, and that was to remain fair to both parties .. No question or phone call - nothing - was ever too much, especially for me, who hadn't moved in 40 years!! We depended on Dan's expertise quite a bit which was to always "right on", and I would recommend this honorable man to ANYONE !!
