I hired John Herreid to market my mother's house. Initially I contacted John because of his web presence. I decided to hire him after reviewing his marketing program, which was very thorough and professional. John made some excellent suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale. I followed his advice. We listed the house on March 1, at an aggressive price. John analyzed the market place feedback and concluded that the market thought the house was over priced. We lowered the price by $20,000. That along with John's professional marketing produced 6 showings over the next 10 days. At that point in time, 25 days after the house was listed, we got an offer for 100% of the new price. I am very pleased with John's service and highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get the most money for their house.

We selected John Herreid to sell our house after a bad experience with two other realtors. Over a period of nine months, we had the house listed and were not successful in getting a sale. During a time when we were trying to sell it ourselves, John contacted us. He offered to market our house and also allow us to continue to sell on our own. If we found a buyer on our own, we would have owed him no commission. As it turned out, John's work did produce a buyer and we had an agreement for 97.6% of our asking price in 15 days. John's Internet marketing program was extensive and effective. His virtual tour was exceptional and because of the material he included in the listing, he got our house on the first page of houses for sale in our community on Realtor.com. With our other realtors, we were buried several pages down in the listings. We recommend John to anyone who is thinking of selling a house and in fact we did recommend him to our neighbors. They also listed with John.
