My wife and I met Eric in 2014 when we were just beginning our search for a house. Eric immediately struck the both of us as an honest and straightforward guy. He took the time to meet with us and show us a number of properties over the next year, none of which were "the one" for us. In June of 2015 we went to look at a home on Eric's recommendation, and it ended up being literally everything that we were looking for! We made an offer on the house that was quickly accepted by the seller, after which Eric expertly navigated us through the closing process. He helped us both to keep calm even though there were a few potential hiccups along the way. Eric knew exactly how to handle all the situations that we encountered, and we closed on time!Our next hurdle was selling our townhouse. Again we chose Eric to guide us through the process, and he worked hard to sell our property quickly. Our townhouse went under agreement about 3 weeks after we listed it, and with Eric's guidance we closed on time and without incident. The suggestions that he offered with respect to how to best prepare the property for the market made all the difference. Of several townhomes that all went on the market at the same time as ours, Eric knew what we should do to make ours stand out, and it was the first of the bunch to sell!Eric's extensive knowledge of all the ins and outs of both buying and selling real estate made this whole potentially difficult and stressful ordeal into a relatively painless and very exciting experience!
