We engaged Sam through Ideal Agent 2 1/2 years before we actually put our house on the market. Sam was very informative from the beginning and regularly kept in touch with us, answering our questions, and never pushy. He treated us as if we were one of his long time clients. When we were ready to sell, he brought his team in and walked us through the process. Sam and his team (specifically Elizabeth) made the process so easy. He and Elizabeth did an excellent job prepping us for the sale and when the time came, he and Elizabeth team guided us in person throughout. Not only were they very professional, providing all the bells and whistles to sell our home, kept us up to date on a regular basis, but treated us like close friends. Even when there was a small hiccup during the closing process, Sam went above and beyond what I expected an agent would do. He eased a lot of our anxiousness. Overall, Sam and his team took made a complex and sometimes confusing process so easy to get through. I dont think it could have been any less stressful. Elizabeth even helped us find a beautiful rental. I look forward to work with Sam and his team again when the time comes to buy a new home for us. I highly recommend Sam and his team!
