I met the Asay team at an open house in Fife and they were outgoing, kind, and knew the city very well. They answered my questions and we're willing to show other homes in the greater Seattle area. When my husband, Gene and I decided to make an offer on the house, the process was easy and simple. They were dynamic in the sense of the resources they provided such as giving us market comps and online tools to do a thorough analysis. However, we rejected the terms of the agreement and their response was surprising since it was far from pushy or aggressive. They both wanted us to feel comfortable and good about making a decision on buying our first home. My husband and I are in a unique situation where he lives and works in DC and I reside in Washington. This is difficult because I had to look at all the homes to see what would best fit our needs. In our second attempt of making an offer, both; Trevor and Sarah were patient and positive during the entire process which I appreciated since my husband is away. Their constant professionalism was above and beyond exceptional, they had good contacts especially when it came to our home inspection and on top of that, they were readily available. Besides being a great real estate team, they're deeply involved in the community, supporting good causes and non-profits. I like that sort of thing because it shows a commitment to the community at large, not just their business.
