Julia was great. She took us to look at many properties that fit our criteria. She really understood what we were looking for. She was always responsive, day and night. Once we put an offer in on a property, she had all of the paperwork ready to go. She was in constant contact with the sellers agent, the mortgage company, both attorneys, always fighting for our best interests. We felt like we were her only clients, even though we knew she working with many clients. If any issue arose under contract, Julia was right on it. She was there during all of the inspections, walkthroughs and signings, guiding us through everything. I fully recommend Julia to anyone in need of an agent, especially in the North Jersey Highland/Lakeland area. She is really knowledgeable in all of the unique situations that occur with the properties in this area (septic systems, wells, propane systems, lake life, mountain life). She is also an expert in walking you through all of the inspections needed for this type of purchase. We loved Julia!
